Railway Recruitment Board has released the Notification for 7951 vacancies. The roles including Junior Engineer (JE), Chemical Supervisor, Research and Metallurgical Supervisor, Depot Material Superintendent (DMS), Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant. The online process starts on July 30, 2024 and it will open until 29 August 2024. Eligible Candidates can apply for RRB JE Recruitment 2024 online through www.rrbapply.gov.in .
Eligibility Criteria :
- Junior Engineer : 3 years Diploma in Engineering .
- B.E B.Tech Engineering Graduate in Mechanical and Allied Engineering, Electrical and Allied Engineering, Electronics, Civil Engineering disciplines.
- Chemical Metallurgical Assistant : B.Sc Degree in Chemistry and Physics.
- Chemical Metallurgical Supervisor: Degree ior its equivalent in Chemical Technology/ Metallurgical Engineering. Knowledge of any computer language will be essential.
Age Limit :
- Minimum 18 years to Maximum 36 years as on 1st January 2025.
- The upper age relaxation is 3 years for OBC – NCL, 5 years for SC, ST, 10 years for PwBD.
RRB JE Application Fee 2024 :
- For General ( Unreserved), OBC Candidates Rs. 500/-
- For SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, Female, Minorities or EBC Candidates Rs. 250/-
- Payment made through online mode only.

Selection Process 2024 :
The RRB JE Recruitment 2024 process will involve a 1st stage Computer Based Test (CBT), 2nd stage CBT and Document verification, Medical Examination as applicable. Selection is made strictly based on merit from the CBTs. The date, time and venue for all activities including CBT and document verification will be determined by RRB.
